Hello,
What is the best cricket bat you have at your store that is under $100. I'm going to be 14 in the cricket season and i'm about 5foot and a bit at the moment.
Thanks DB

Hi DB,
Probably go for the Bomber b-52 in English willow grown in India, or maybe a hero honda. If you could stretch your budget a little more we have the Bomber B52 pro in grade 2 english willow for $150 and represents great value

Thanks,
With the bomber b-52 and hero honda what grade english willow are they. It's only because i read on another site that some kashmir willow are better than lower grade english willow. You's might know more!

DB, thats true, lower grade english willow may well be outperformed by kashmir willow.
Both are made of willow grown in India.

So you would say that the bomber b-52 or the hero honda jumbo would be the best bat for under $100. If so what weight would you recommend for me because i'm not the best at playing the shots and controlling them.

The hero honda Jumbo we have in light weight from 2lb 5oz same with the B-52, so both would be suitable and are of the same quality.

2lb 5oz isn't very heavy, is it, so would it be alright facing a leather cricket ball in club matches at my age(14).

2.5 is light, but get a heavier bat of thats what you want, obviously Oz is trying to make sure it isnt too heavy, im sure the bat would be able to stand up to a 14 year olds hittting

yes the bats go up 1oz each. If you had a bat weight of 2lb 12 oz and you normally use a 2lb 8oz bat you would feel the difference, but if you normally use a 2lb 8oz and had a 2lb 9oz it would be hard to tell the difference

so would you say 2.8 or 2.9 is medium size bat and a bit stronger than the 2.5. also will these bats be on your site until at least august/september?
Thanks DB
